Christina Aguilera’s file for divorce

It had been more than a week that Christina Aguilera filed for divorce on Thursday from husband Jordan Bratman after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
The filing included details of a prenuptial agreement in which Aguilera, 29, keeps all her earnings from before, during and after the marriage. She asked for joint custody of their son, Max, who was born in January 2008.
