Christina Aguilera Sleeping in hotel while husband refuses to leave house
It looks like Christina Aguilera’s split with Jordan Bratman is going to be a very difficult / awkward one.
The singer has allegedly moved into a hotel after soon to be ex-husband Bratman refused to move out of their family home. And the 29-year-old refuses to return until Bratman leaves.
A source told Hollywood Scoop: ‘She’s living out of a suitcase. Things have gotten tense between them.’ The singer was seen entering the SLA hotel in Los Angeles today, looking stunning in her white cardigan over a taupe bandage dress and red heels.
Aguilera filed for divorce this month after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
“It’s not easy and there have been a lot of tears and sadness,’ the singer said. On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward.”
The singer has committed to keeping the reasons for the split between her and Jordan. “Out of respect for my husband, I prefer to keep the specifics private. Right now, I’m just trying to figure out how to make it through each day,” she said.
However she is keeping her focus on what is most important.
“Thankfully, I have Max (her two-year-old son) to keep me on a sane path. His needs and happiness are my top priorities, and my biggest concern is to protect him and make him feel safe.”
Meanwhile, Christina has been taking her mind of her failed marriage by performing and partying.
The Genie in a Bottle star hit the stage at Justin Timberlake’s charity concert in Las Vegas this past weekend. And she even treated all her backup dancers and close friends to night at TAO nightclub, not leaving until 3am.
