Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman are making sure that having a new baby at home isn’t extinguishing the sparks between them. They are so determined to keep their two-year marriage red-hot that they’ve taken to skinny-dipping by moonlight. The couple, who welcomed son Max into the family on January 12th 2008, can be heard loudly frolicking in the pool of their $11.5 million Beverly Hills mansion around midnight.

“They don’t just splash around — they laugh, scream, swear and make sexy noises. We’re happy that they’re happy, but we wish they’d keep it down a bit. There are a lot of old people who live around here, and they don’t like noise after the dinner hour.” says a neighbour.

Still, the 27-year-old pop singer and her record producer husband, 30, are preferable to the house’s former owner, Ozzy Osbourne, who sold the Mediterranean villa after wrapping up his MTV show.

Christina explains her secrets to slimming down “I think they say that when you’re breastfeeding, you know, your weight kind of slims down. It’s a little easier. It’s like a workout within itself. It’s very tiring actually and you find yourself snacking more often.”

Christina Aguilera has reportedly sacked her manager after an argument relating to the poor sales of the edition of People magazine featuring pictures of her and her family. Christina threw a tantrum and sacked her manager, her PR firm BWR and an assistant after the issue of People sold 100,000 less copies than usual.

A source said: “She went crazy and had a massive tantrum. It was astonishing. She was absolutely furious and blamed her staff for the way everything had been handled.” Christina also decided BWR had to go then gave her day-to-day manger and one of her assistants “their marching orders too”. The magazine paid £750,000 for the pictures of the singer only to sell 1.3 million copies of the issue, which featured Christina and her son Max Liron on the cover.

Christina Aguilera has been signed as the new face of British jewellery designer Stephen Webster’s latest collection. Christina is set to feature in the advertising campaign for Webster’s new sterling silver, 18-karat gold and gemstone jewellery collection which is said to be inspired by the star herself.

“She was a real coup for us. She’s our longest-term regular client and the right age for the brand. We think Christina’s in the most glamorous period of her life right now, and she is the main source of inspiration behind the collection,” said Stephen.

Due to launch in Switzerland next month, the collection includes two ranges called Shattered and Superstud which have 50 pieces each.

People magazine has bought the rights to have the first exclusive photoshoot with Christina Aguilera and her baby Max, born Januarry 12th 2008 in L.A. It is rumoured that People magazine paid around $2 million for these rights. Christina Aguilera has responded to the rumours that she is set to pose naked in a post-pregnancy spread for Playboy magazine.

Christina who recently gave birth to a baby boy, Max Liron Bratman, in January has been reportedly asked by Hugh Hefner to pose for a racy shoot for the men’s magazine. However, it seems that Christina is sticking with more family-friendly pictures for now.

Christina’s rep confirms that the report is “false”, although a close friend of Christina admits that she is “flattered” to be approached. She further explains “That was old Christina; Christina circa four years ago. She wouldn’t consider it but she finds it flattering to be offered at all.”

Christina Aguilera made a public appearance at the Broad Contemporary Art Museum opening in LA wearing a knee length blue dress. Christina is looking absolutely stunning managing to already shed any post pregnancy weight and regain her awesome figure.

Christina Aguilera recently gave her first interview since giving birth to Max Bratman almost a month ago, with Entertainment Tonight.

Christina expressed her happiness of motherhood: “I’m enjoying him every second. I can’t stop staring at him, studying him. You can’t believe you created this. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier.”

Christina on Max compared to her music career: “You think you’ve accomplished all these amazing things until you have your first born or even your second born and it’s like, ‘You can’t believe what you’ve done, what you’re capable of doing.’ “I have to say throughout the pregnancy I was never more appreciative of what the female body is capable of doing until the whole thing happens and you’re like, ‘Oh my God I did this.’”

Christina talking about balancing motherhood and her musical career: “‘How am I going to balance my love for creativity and performing with the ultimate of importance in my life — my child?’ It can be done - there are many mothers who are able to do it and do it well.”
